  After 10 years of loyalty I had to argue with the office manager about getting a $25 fee removed for a missed appointment after I change doctors. She would not remove it. Their records only show two of my three children being transferred, and apparently that wasn't enough to prove that I had switch doctors before this appointment. She ended up hanging up the phone on me. This is not the first time I have had issues with the office staff. The doctors are great, but it's not worth the hassle of dealing with them. Several years after I started bringing my oldest son there they sent his information to another doctor without my permission violating HIPPA laws, and then arguing with me about getting my child seen when he was sick because we had switch doctors when it was actually supposed to be another child with the same name. It wasn't until I threatened to sue them that they figured out they had messed up and corrected the issue. This office staff is the worst I've ever had to deal with in my life. You can find good doctors with staff that are nice and know what they're doing. Don't go here.
