  I have been with neighborhood storage for a year. After recently loosening my keys to the unit I made 2 calls to the call center and didn't get a clear idea of of what I needed to do. After the 3rd call Rodney the assistant manager at 6741 hwy 40 made it very clear what needed to be done. He was very polite, well mannered and exstreamly helpful. Keep up the good work Rodney and thank you for all of your help in resolving this matter.
