  We have called on Mr. Appliance several times to assist my mom. The phone conversation with customer service is always kind and caring; providing exact information of what to expect and when. This call is followed by the arrival of another kind and caring technician that is never in a rush to explain the situation and provide options of value. I will not hesitate to contact this company again when needed. Old fashioned service with up to date technology sending text messages that allow you to identify their technicians, prompt emailed receipts, and follow up to be sure you are satisfied.
