  This location has horrible customer service! I called and the phone rang until I got their voicemail. I decided to call back 10 minutes later to see if I could speak with someone. The employee must have accidentally answered the phone because all that I heard was "are they seriously calling back again," before they hung up. I called back on another phone a little while later and this time they answered. When I asked if there were any appointments available, they simply replied "no" and that was it. The location is open for another 5 hours, so I find it unlikely that they do not have any openings. I frequently visit Massage Envy and I've never dealt with this low quality of service at any of their other locations.
