  It's always a treat to go to this store in Ocala! They have a wonderful petite department, excellent customer service, and great prices. The jewelry department and shoes are also worth a visit. The sales staff in petite S helped me to find a hard to locate jacket this evening and I picked up several other fantastic items from petites and jewelry while there. Kudos to everyone at the Paddock Mall Macy's.

  First time being at the mall yesterday evening. In Macys shopping for new shoes. I was VERY impressed with a lady named Stephanie that works there in shoe dept. She was hands on helping so many customers all by herself literally doing a 3 person job, all the while with a smile on her face. She never stopped and just kept working hard. She assisted me with finding my correct shoe size and remembering if I wanted a slip on sock to try them on with. All the customers she helped, not once did a long line form at the register. As she was ringing me up she also made myself and my daughter laugh and for that I am writing this review because I DO NOT want her beautiful hard working spirit to go unnoticed. She truly is an asset to your company.
