  Worst customer service! 3 appts to fix a broken dishwasher and they find something new wrong each time...rather than diagnose the issues in one visit. Now I have to wait from 9-1 again! Simple things like drain line leak!!! Its taken over 2 months time and still not fixed!
  I have had 3 other experiences with them in the past and all were negative. Only used them because warranty repairs were sent to them.
  Do not use MD Appliance. Rude office staff handling scheduling and obvious tactics to make more money off of customers!
