  I dealth with this 'realator' about 4 years at closing...
  I only had to put a total of 1000 down for the land and the home.
  
  At closing which I was told to bring a check for 7500.00, that amazingly changed to 12,000. Fortunately for me I wasn't being forced out of my present residence. I told them
  
  I go to Las Vegas and can lose 1000.00 within an hour, so keep it...Once Myself and my wife got up to leave the title company's office. They said hold on...a math error was made...
  
  I said I don't care. But I will still take it...but now instead of you paying half the closing costs...You will pay all the closing costs....It was nice to walk out with a check for 2,300.
