  Service starts smoothly outside when arriving for scheduled appointment. Hyundai employees greet with a smile and relaxed welcoming conversation, as they smoothly do their work and escort customers indoors to their service advisor write service work order for service technicians. I love the waiting lounge area where customers can wait for car work to be completed and enjoy breakfast, lunch, coffee at the in house cafe. The recent renovations made this area welcoming & bright, plus comfortable seating, tables & chairs with free wifi and electrical floor connections under table for devices to be recharged.
  
  The work on my car is always top notch. My service advisor, John Handy, is super at his job, listens and cares to understand what I need done. I am very pleased with my service, not any problems. Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala has a firm and successful understanding of automobiles, service & parts departments including new car sales employees, my sales woman Carolyn Davis (she is super helpful), in fact, all employees show respect, helpfulness and knowledge to me. I highly recommend Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala service department.
