  Change menu too much. Now for sweet coffee you have to order... Vanilla "swirl" iced coffee, cream, sugar and shot hazelnut" swirl" can't I just say sweet vanilla hazelnut iced cream sugar. That's mouthful already.... When they get it right its great.

  Almost always friendly atmosphere. They typically try to accommodate special requests. One is for starting a new pot of coffee. One note all managers should be aware of is that we don't come inside because we have all the time in the world. There are reasons why some of us are prevented from using the drive-through. We would appreciated if you did not stop to serve the drive-through before you serve a costumer that's been waiting inside prior To the individual who pulled up in the drive-through. Perhaps we should have timers on inside customers as well.
