  My parents currently have their car over at Defios... unfortunately. My dad paid up front for their services and was promised the car would be ready in a few days. It has now been a couple of weeks. My dad has purchased Bondo and lacquer in order to help these people get the work done. In addition, he has felt like he needs to go over there to ensure that work is getting done at all. There always seems to be a ton of excuses as to why work is incomplete or not being done (need parts, got hurt while working on something else, wife won't give him money, etc.). I stopped over today at the request of my elderly mother. When I approached Alex to speak with him, he didn't even know who my father was and it was up to Junior to answer any questions about the vehicle at all and it was another excuse. I am a nurse and I have seen it all. I was highly suspicious that Alex's behavior was related to drug use/ abuse, especially after hearing that he rooks my dad he sees demons. He abided rye contact with me consistently, behaved anxiously, and the only time he spoke to me was to ask me if I had a lighter even though he had no idea if I smoked or not. Also, I think that these people exploit the elderly so be cautious when considering going here if you are a senior and DO NOT pay up front, please. Obviously, if a business needs you to buy their supplies... something is wrong there. It is now 7 PM and my dad is still over there after working all day as a brick layer and 74 years old. He has even gone so far to help them work on the car... really? I will be calling the police and contacting the BBB if my parents do not have their car back by tomorrow night. My father works and my mother has doctor appointments she needs to get to independently so being down a vehicle really hurts them because he has to take off to bring her. It has also cone to my attention that Alex has broken probation for testing positive for drugs and he has been in trouble up north for swindling people out of their money. I don't know this guy except for this one meeting today but I will not let my parents, or hopefully other people, be duped by this business or the people who work there. Senior exploitation is a real concern. Warn your friends and family! See other reviews... No stars given for shady business dealing.
