  Such an uncomfortable, unprofessional and waste of money experience! I purchased a super clean detail package. Once my car was pulled around the men outside cleaned what the were supposed to before my car was pulled into the detail garage. The outside staffed finished, I tipped them and planned on tipping the inside crew as well. A staff member noticed I tipped the outside crew and started to argue about where the money should go to the gentlemen I tipped. I decided to find the manager and politely express my concerns about the incident and he informed me that I could go the the RaceTrak down the road! With plenty of encouragement he invited me to go speak with the men about how they should handle it next time!!! He continued to ask me what I do for a living and if I hired drug dealers or people off the street?! I understand that he is giving people a chance at becoming productive citizens but maybe he could use a couple courses on how to manage and communicate to people. NEVER GOING BACK!
