  Customer Service...I assume this is a foreign concept now. I understand there are circumstances that create different situations not favoring a party in a transaction but working together makes the transaction possible.
  
  I’m rating this 1 star because I wasn’t even helped long enough to receive more stars. The employee on duty decided she would close early tonight because she needs to “do what’s best for her.”
