  My daughter is able to participate in their kids classes. And aside from having great fun it has helped her focus in school and follow directions better. My husband also is a member of the gym and our entire family feels like family with them.

  Hand down best box in town. This place has helped me get stronger than I ever thought possible. These coaches have brought out confidence I never even knew I had. The coaches here genuinely care about you and that's what the difference is over other boxes. Shae and Dave make sure to teach you how to do the movements properly and you will never just be thrown in . They are very knowledgeable and was one of the first crossfit boxes in town. Shae does a great job about making sure to pair you up with a person for your first day or two to help you get to know people. The crossfit zoo is one big family that truly cares for one another and I wouldn't go to any other box. So if your looking to get fit and workout with great people this is the box for you !
