  im verry unhappy with big oak my car broke down and i called for a tow and thay sugested there shop now i dont no ocala so i agreed. when thay suposted to fix the car it onley made it 1/4 mile from the shop and broke down again .so far iv wated 5 days for them to fix the car and every day thay tell me tomorrow. with hotel and repars iv spent $1400 for them to do nothing.now thay wont even let me get my stuff out of my car so i can cut my losses.this is a big rip off and it just isant right to do to somone just cuz there from out of town.matb someone will resd this befor going there and change there mind so it dosent hapen to them thay should be called big joke
