  I'll give the staff a 7, but the overall experience was so horrible that I left before my appointment was even complete and will not be returning. I waited in the lobby for over an hour. When I explained I only had another hour before I had to be somewhere else, they seemed frustrated. They had to rush thru my testing, skipping several key components in lieu of time. I never even saw a doctor. Then, they rescheduled me for 5 weeks later (!?) to make up what we missed. It was an absolute waste of time, and now I am left with no records for the neurologist who sent me there. Awesome.
