  I only gave one star because I had too. Called on a Monday to say My daughter and I would be in Ocala on Thursday could she find us some rentals to look at we were very motivated to get someplace quick.Telly said sure that should be no problem. She would get things set up. Then asked if she could check the location of a property for safety,because it would only be my daughter and I and I was disabled. She said yes, send me an e-mail I will let you know. Now it is Thursday Morning, I call, Hi Telly this Sindy Macklin letting you know we are on our way. She said who are you? I don't know what your talking about refresh my memory. I told what we talked about she said she kinda remembered. She said when are you going to be here? I said within the hour we are coming in from Waldo. She said ok I will see what I can come up with. When we got there, she was not ready said she was waiting on people to call her. She then took us to see a dirty condo and house drive by because she didn't really know when the lady was moving out. We asked if she could find more information on them both well we were still in Ocala. She said well Im going to lunch right now but I will try after and let you. She walked back into her business and we never saw or heard from her again. Great job Telly of being the worse agent.
