  I've stayed here this time for about 3 weeks. At first they were very nice and helped with the rate since we were going to be here awhile. However, a couple of employees (manager) would jack the rate up nearly 40 dollars! Knowing I would pay it, because packing up and finding something else very quickly would be hard. I have not received my points correctly. They are supposed to not be able to black out any days but of coarse after buying the 25 extra I needed to get my rate yo $45 for 1 night they wouldn't let me use it. Also, everyday no matter what you tell them the maids would knock between 8-9am asking if we are staying. Even though the room would already be paid in advance some days, and when you would tell them yes you will go down in a little bit, they would bang again 30 min later!! I mean damn can anyone sleep? Plus they would put the latch on the other doors out so it would stop the other rooms doors from closing and slam them over and over and over. In and out, in and out!! I have PSD and that about made me have so one serious issues! Ended up having a few seizures. Not sure if that's why but I'm sure it didn't help.
