  Not very satisfied. Came in to purchase new frames. Waited a whole month for frames. Wanted different color than what I had. Instead of letting me know the frames I PAID for was unavailable, they took it upon themselves to give me the same as my OLD ones. I paid for new, got old. Dr wouldn't come out and talk to me or return my call about fixing what her tech messed up. Once again not free but what I paid for, didn't get resolved. Tech said HE decided that I should have the same as my old ones and refused to make it right. Bad business practices. Won't be returning or referring here again.
